The team “Pediatric Routine Data” coordinates a work package that showcases the feasibility and usefulness of the joint pediatric national data stream: Pediatric Personalized Research Network Switzerland (SwissPedHealth, https://www.swisspedhealth.ch/) in the two nested projects SwissPedGrowth and SwissPedCancer. SwissPedGrowth describes linear growth and BMI trajectories in healthy children, whereas SwissPedCancer tries to improve monitoring and research via direct dataflows between hospitals and the Childhood Cancer Registry (ChCR). Furthermore, the group conducts the SPHN demonstrator project Swiss Personalized Health Network-Swiss Pediatric Airway Cohort (SPHN-SPAC), is actively involved in Preparing Personalized Pediatric Primary Care (SwissPedHealth-PREPP), and coordinates the European Health Data & Evidence Network (EHDEN) project at ISPM to make the Swiss Childhood Cancer Survivor Study and the ChCR data sources standardized to the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) common data model.
