Winner of the Swiss Reproducibility Award 2024 for Early Career Researchers Virginia Chiocchia

17.06.2024 – Virginia Chiocchia, postdoctoral researcher in the Evidence Synthesis Methods group led by Professor Georgia Salanti, received the award for Swiss Reproducibility Award 2024 for Early Career Researchers in the category biology and medicine.

The Swiss Reproducibility Awards 2024 were launched by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and the Swiss Reproducibility Network (SwissRN) with the goal of supporting and highlighting the work of early career researchers as well as research teams who are paying special attention to rigour, transparency, and reproducibility in their research. The winners were announced at the award ceremony of the Swiss Reproducility Conference held on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th June 2024 in Zürich.

Dr Virginia Chiocchia won Early Career Researcher Award in the category Biology and Medicine for her tool ROB-MEN, a user-friendly web application to assess the Risk Of Bias due to Missing Evidence in Network meta-analysis.
